


Prime Minister and BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman has embarked on a daylong visit to Moulvibazar. He departed from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport for Sylhet Osmani International Airport on Wednesday (June 17) morning.
According to the Prime Minister's Press Wing, he is scheduled to arrive in Sylhet at 10:15 am before traveling by road to Moulvibazar.
At 1:00 pm, the Prime Minister will inaugurate a Family Card distribution program at the historic Victoria High School ground in Srimangal. During this event, cards will be provided to 155 families from Ward No. 1 of Mirzapur Union.
He will attend a second distribution event at the Moulvibazar Government High School ground at 2:30 pm, where 152 families from Ward No. 7 of Tengra Union in Rajnagar Upazila will receive their cards.
Later in the afternoon, Tarique Rahman will travel to Dusai Resort. After a brief rest, he will join a political meeting with local party leaders. Following the meeting, the Prime Minister will return to Sylhet and fly back to Dhaka in the evening.
