


An Iranian delegation met Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Islamabad as part of ongoing ceasefire discussions between United States and Iran.
According to Al Jazeera, citing Iran’s semi-official Tasnim News Agency, the meeting took place on Saturday. No details of the discussions were disclosed.
Separately, delegations from Iran and the United States are scheduled to meet on April 11 in Islamabad to discuss a possible ceasefire. The talks are expected to be held at the Serena Hotel.
The Iranian delegation arrived in the Pakistani capital early Saturday. It is led by Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf and includes Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, along with senior officials and lawmakers.
