Shaheed MA Gafur School Committee Handover in Paikgachha

A new managing committee has officially assumed its responsibilities at the historic Shaheed MA Gafur Government Primary School in Paikgachha, Khulna, for a three-year term.

The official handover ceremony took place in the school’s office on Wednesday morning. Acting Upazila Primary Education Officer Sanjay Debnath attended the event as the chief guest. During the ceremony, school teachers welcomed the education officer and the newly formed committee members with floral bouquets.

The new committee is led by President Sheikh Ruhul Quddus, who also serves as the Municipal BNP Organizing Secretary, alongside Vice-President Md. Rabiul Islam and Member Secretary Selina Parveen, the school's Head Teacher.

Other committee members in attendance included Lutfa Islam, Aslam Parvez, Md. Razzak Ali Sheikh, Poppy Rani Tarafdar, Tulsi Sarkar, Md. Rajib Biswas, Anath Kumar Biswas, Rekha Rani Mondal, and Shivpad Sardar.

Several school teachers, including Shilpi Parveen, Sadhana Sarkar, Shivpad Sarkar, Papiya Sultana, Suraiya Yasmin, Priyanka Mistry, and Nazmul Hossain, were also present to mark the occasion.
