


National Nutrition Week was officially launched on Thursday at the Porsha Upazila Health Complex. This year’s observance is centered on the theme: "End nutrition inequality, build a self-reliant Bangladesh."
Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Rakibul Islam inaugurated the week-long program at the health complex auditorium. Organized by the Institute of Public Health Nutrition (IPHN) and implemented by the Upazila Health Complex, the campaign will continue until April 29.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by Upazila Agriculture Officer Mamunur Rashid, Porsha Thana Officer-in-Charge (OC) Ziaur Rahman, and several medical officers. Speakers emphasized the importance of balanced diets and community awareness to ensure health security for all citizens.
