With Eid-ul-Fitr just days away, humanitarian efforts are ramping up in Narail to ensure the season's joy reaches every household. On Tuesday, March 17, Eid gifts were distributed among 100 underprivileged families in Lohagara upazila.

The distribution took place at noon in Nawapara village, under Naldi Union. The initiative was organized by Naldi 'NNP 007 Ekta Sangha', a local social organization dedicated to supporting the community’s most vulnerable members.

Families from Nawapara, Motinagar, Kalachandpur, and Baikanthpur villages received essential clothing, including sarees, lungis, and punjabis. Organizers noted that the goal was to ensure that financial hardship does not prevent anyone from celebrating the upcoming festival.

Beneficiaries expressed their gratitude, noting that such community-led support provides a vital safety net during the holiday season.

Senior members and advisors of the organization, including Israfil Sheikh, Majedul Haque, and Mamun Sheikh, were present alongside President Mustafa Kamal and General Secretary Ohiduzzaman Sheikh. Other executive members and local volunteers also assisted in the distribution process.
