Prayer and Iftar held in Lohagara for late singer Milu Thakur

A prayer and Iftar Mahfil was held on Sunday, 15 March, in Lohagara, Narail, to honor the memory of late singer Milu Thakur.

The event took place at Molya Field in central Lohagara town, organized with the support of Raihan Thakur, the eldest son of the late singer.

Former Lohagara Municipal Mayor Advocate Newaz Ahmed Thakur Nazrul attended as chief guest and spoke at the pre-Iftar discussion meeting. Other speakers included BNP leader Kazi Murad Hossain, Upazila Volunteer Party Member Secretary Iqbal Kazi, Municipal BNP Vice President Syed Abdus Sabur, Municipal Jubo Dal Joint Convener Sohel Rana Laxmi, Saiful Islam, and journalist Kazi Imran.

Following the discussion, participants offered prayers for the departed soul and joined the Iftar Mahfil. A large number of local residents attended the event.
