Body of unidentified person recovered in Porsha

The police have recovered the body of an unidentified person (60) in Porsha, Naogaon.

The body was recovered from a paddy field on the eastern side of Nitpur Kuladanga village of the upazila on Thursday afternoon after receiving information from locals. Police Station Officer-in-Charge Ziaur Rahman confirmed the matter and said that it is believed that the unidentified person was mentally unstable. However, locals saw the deceased person roaming around in that place 2/3 days ago.

Efforts are underway to identify the body. After completing the legal process, the body was sent to the morgue on the same day.
