Distribution of winter clothes among the needy women in Nageshwari

Winter clothes have been distributed among the needy women in Nageshwari, Kurigram. These winter clothes were distributed on Wednesday afternoon by the initiative of the Newashi branch of Phulbari under the Nageshwari region of RDRS Bangladesh.

RDRS Bangladesh, Rangpur office RAISE Project Coordinator Deepak Kumar Roy was present as the chief guest during the distribution, Nageshwari Region Regional Manager Md. Nuruzzaman, Area Manager Liton Mia, Sumitra Sarkar, local public representatives and many others were special guests.

The speakers said that such humanitarian initiatives are very important to alleviate the suffering of the poor and helpless people during the winter season. RDRS Bangladesh has been working for a long time to improve the quality of life of the backward sections of the society and they expressed their hope that such activities will continue in the future as well.

The women beneficiaries who received the winter clothes expressed their satisfaction and gratitude to RDRS Bangladesh.
