


Bangladesh Prime Minister Tarique Rahman attended the World Economic Forum's (WEF) ongoing plenary session in Dalian, China, as an invited guest.
The session, themed 'Innovating at Scale,' kicked off at 9:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at the Dalian International Conference Center.
Following opening remarks by the WEF President, Prime Minister Rahman joined other global leaders, including Chinese Premier Li Qiang, Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov, Mongolian Prime Minister Uchral Nyam-Osor, Montenegrin Prime Minister Milojko Spajić, and Guinean Prime Minister Amadou Oury Bah.
On the sidelines of the event, Rahman held discussions with several heads of government, focusing on strengthening bilateral relations and addressing issues of mutual interest. The participating leaders also took part in an official photo session.
