During the holidays, trains will run every 12 to 15 minutes, completing around 140 daily trips. However, the DMTCL noted that trip frequency may be adjusted based on passenger demand. Under normal operations, the metro runs from 7 am to 9:40 pm.
Passengers can purchase single-journey tickets from 6:40 am to 9:20 pm, and MRT or Rapid Pass top-up services will remain active. On Fridays, ticket sales will begin at 2:45 pm at Uttara North and 3:05 pm at Motijheel. All ticket counters and vending machines across stations will close at 9:20 pm daily.
