According to Shahbagh Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Khalid Mansur, two plastic drums were reportedly thrown onto the footpath near the water pump at the National Eidgah ground between 2:30 pm and 2:45 pm. Upon investigation, one of the drums was opened, revealing the dismembered body of a man, including his head.
