Emily Blunt’s Family "Thrilled" for The Devil Wears Prada Sequel

Actor Emily Blunt has revealed that her husband John Krasinski and their two daughters are eagerly anticipating the upcoming sequel to the 2006 fashion-world classic 'The Devil Wears Prada'.

Speaking with E! News, Blunt shared that her daughters Hazel and Violet became fans of the original film about a year ago. "They just love it" she said noting that their interest was sparked by friends who are also obsessed with the movie.

The excitement is just as high for her husband. John Krasinski has long been a vocal superfan of the first film. Blunt jokingly recalled an early dating moment when she caught him watching the movie’s famous fashion montage. "He knows every single one of Anne Hathaway’s outfits down pat" she laughed.

Krasinski previously admitted to having watched the original "about 75 times" even joking that in the early days of their relationship he once hid the fact that he was watching it because he was embarrassed by his level of fandom.

The Devil Wears Prada 2 is scheduled to hit cinemas on May 1.
