Ilias Kanchan, the legendary hero of the golden age of Dhaka cinema, is currently undergoing treatment in London. Megastar Shakib Khan has given a post on his social media wishing him a speedy recovery.
On Sunday (October 12th), Shakib shared a picture of Ilias Kanchan on his official Facebook page, he wrote “Ilias Kanchan is our beloved and respected elder brother, whose life is a symbol of a movement, a journey of light,”. He is a hero of love for all, a soldier of humanity in real life. Kanchan bhai is undergoing treatment in London today, on the verge of a silent fight.
Shakib also wrote, “The people of the country are praying for Kanchan Bhai’s speedy recovery from his sickness. May be he will return as an energetic, smiling and motivated man like before.”
At the end of the post, the superstar wrote, “I pray to the great God, get a speedy recovery to Kanchan bhai; let his life be more healthy, we are all with Kanchan Bhai in the bond of love and mercy.”
The film industry (BFDC) is very concerned about the news of Ilias Kanchan's illness; another Dhaka film superstar actress Rozina also visited him in the hospital.
Ilias Kanchan at Harley Street Clinic in London under the supervision of Vina oncologist, he underwent head surgery in August, currently undergoing target therapy.
