SSC and equivalent examinations have begun in a calm and well-disciplined environment in Muksudpur upazila of Gopalganj. The examinations officially commenced on Tuesday (April 21) with the Bangla First Paper. Tests started simultaneously at the designated centers at 10:00 am, maintaining a smooth and orderly atmosphere from the outset.

On the first day, around 2,500 students from 43 secondary schools and 20 madrasas took part in the examination. The exams were held across four centers and concluded peacefully without any untoward incidents. The test ended as scheduled at 1:00 pm.

To ensure a fair and uninterrupted examination process, strict security measures were implemented under the direction of Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Mahmud Ashiq Kabir. Adequate law enforcement personnel were deployed at each center, allowing students to sit for their exams without disruption. Overall, the administration’s proactive efforts ensured a satisfactory environment.

This year, examinations are being conducted at four centers in the upazila: Government Muksudpur College, Government Saber Mia Jasim Uddin (SJ) Model High School, Muksudpur Pilot Boys’ High School, and Jalirpar Kaligram Mukunda Bihari Mallik High School.

It is worth noting that a total of 3,511 candidates are participating in the SSC and equivalent examinations in Muksudpur upazila this year, which is slightly higher than last year.
