SI Abul Kalam Azad of the District Detective Branch (DB) has been honored as the best narcotics recovery officer in Munshiganj district.
The award was presented during the monthly welfare meeting held at the Munshiganj Police Lines on Sunday, April 5. Superintendent of Police (SP) Md. Menhazul Alam, PPM, handed over a commemorative plaque and crest to SI Azad in recognition of his significant role in anti-drug operations across the district.
During the same ceremony, the "Chouks Team" of the Padma Bridge North Police Station DB was also recognized for their performance.
Senior officials in attendance included Additional SP (Crime and Ops) Md. Firoz Kabir, Additional SP (Finance and Administration) Md. Humayun Rashid, and Additional SP (DSB) Md. Kamran.
