A Devastating fire destroyed a tinshed house in the Nitpur area of Porsha, Naogaon, on Monday evening. The two-room residence, belonging to Rahmat Ali (son of Nayeem Uddin) in Nitpur Jelepara, was reduced to ashes within minutes.

Nayeem Uddin reported that the flames spread so rapidly that the family was unable to salvage any belongings. Initial estimates suggest a financial loss ranging from 80,000 to 100,000 BDT.

Family members believe the fire may have been accidentally started by young grandchildren who were playing inside the house shortly before the incident. Local residents noted that with their food supplies and furniture destroyed, the family has been left in a dire state.
