There is a possibility of rain in different parts of the country for two days, particularly at the start of spring, according to a climate researcher.
Mustafa Kamal Palash, a meteorological and climate researcher at Saskatchewan University in Canada, shared the forecast on his verified Facebook page at around 5:00 pm on Thursday.
In his post, Palash said light to moderate rain is likely in southern districts on February 23 and 24. He noted that the chances of rainfall are higher in coastal areas of Khulna Division, all districts of Barisal Division, and the northern parts of Chittagong Division.
Meanwhile, the 120-hour nationwide weather outlook indicates that conditions may remain mostly dry across the country for now, with partly cloudy skies at times. Day and night temperatures are expected to remain nearly unchanged.
Weather experts advise people, especially farmers and coastal residents, to stay updated with official forecasts in case conditions change.
