Engineer Amir Masud takes charge as Managing Director of Jamuna Oil

Engineer Md. Amir Masud has been given the charge as Managing Director (Current Charge) of Jamuna Oil Company Limited (JOCL).

This information was given in an office order signed by Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation Secretary Shahina Sultana under the Energy and Mineral Resources Department on Thursday (December 18).

The office order said that until further orders, Engineer Md. Amir Masud, General Manager of Eastern Refinery Limited (ERL) under BPC (on secondment to BPC), has been given the current charge as Managing Director of Jamuna Oil Company Limited.

According to this order, he will be released from Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation on December 18 afternoon and join Jamuna Oil Company Limited.

He will take over the responsibility from Md. Masudul Islam, who is currently the Managing Director of JOCL. The order was issued with the approval of the appropriate authorities, the office order said.
