Sudip Basak the Additional Chief Engineer at Gazipur City Corporation (GCC) has been assigned the current duties of the corporation’s Chief Engineer to streamline administrative and engineering operations.
The appointment was formalized through an official order issued by GCC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Tanzila Khanam. The order takes immediate effect and will remain valid until further notice.
According to the official directive, Sudip Basak will oversee the leadership of the Engineering Department alongside his existing responsibilities as Additional Chief Engineer. The move aims to accelerate civic infrastructure projects, road maintenance and drainage improvements across Gazipur.
Copies of the office order have been distributed to all relevant departmental heads, regional executive officers and official portals for immediate implementation.
