


GM Al-Mamun Ovi, the Vice President of Bangladesh Nationalist Chhatra Dal (Dhaka Metropolitan West) received a warm homecoming from local residents and political activists upon his arrival in his native village of Khalilnagar on Sunday.
To mark his arrival the leaders and activists from Chhatra Dal and various local organizations gathered at the 18-Mile intersection to greet him with floral wreaths. They then escorted him through various parts of the area in a large motorcycle procession.
The procession concluded at the Khalilnagar Union Secondary School grounds, where a brief rally was held. Addressing the gathering, Al-Mamun Ovi emphasized national unity and development.
"We must work together under the vision of our organizational guardian, Tarique Rahman, to build the country, keeping Bangladesh first," Ovi said. "Moving forward, everyone regardless of political affiliation or opinion must unite to strengthen national progress. The future of our politics must be healthy, environment-friendly, education-oriented and nation-focused."
