


After a long day of fasting, many people enjoy flavorful dishes for Iftar. Crispy Kebab Sticks are an easy and delicious addition to your Iftar menu.
Ingredients
For the kebab mixture:
1 kg minced chicken
500 g dal batter
1 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
5–6 cups water
1 cup chopped coriander leaves
8 kebab sticks
For crispy coating:
2 beaten eggs
Breadcrumbs (as needed)
Oil (for frying)
Preparation Method
In a bowl, mix minced chicken, dal batter, chopped onion, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, and ginger-garlic paste.
Fry the mixture in a pan, add water, cover, and cook for 20–25 minutes until the water evaporates.
Transfer the mixture to a chopper and blend until smooth. Mix in chopped coriander leaves.
Shape the mixture around the kebab sticks evenly.
Dip the kebabs in beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
Serve hot. Crispy Kebab Sticks are ready to enjoy at Iftar.
