


The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) will extend its total daily trading time by 10 minutes, effective Wednesday, June 17. The new schedule increases the overall market session from 4 hours to 4 hours and 10 minutes, the DSE announced on Tuesday.
Under the revised schedule, regular uninterrupted trading will run for a full four hours, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Previously, regular trading concluded at 1:55 pm.
Additionally, the post-closing session has been doubled from 5 to 10 minutes, now running from 2:00 pm to 2:10 pm. During this final 10-minute window, investors cannot propose new prices but may buy or sell shares at the day’s closing price.
