


Advocate Mortaza Zaman Alamgir Rulu, the Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami mayoral candidate for Paikgachha Municipality, led a massive motorcycle procession on Wednesday, June 3, to mobilize supporters ahead of the upcoming elections.
Organized by the municipal unit of Jamaat-e-Islami, the procession kicked off after Asr prayers from the local police station mosque. Flanked by party leaders and activists, Rulu led the motorcade through the municipality's main thoroughfares to rally public support.
Following the procession, Rulu addressed a brief political gathering. The rally was chaired by Municipal Jamaat Ameer Dr. G.M. Asadul Haque and moderated by Election Management Committee Director Muhammad Shafiar Rahman.
To maintain momentum, several key district and local leaders also spoke at the event. Notable speakers included District Jamaat Working Committee Member Kazi Tamjid Alam, District Unit Member Advocate Abdul Majid, Municipal Jamaat Secretary Mizanur Rahman, Bar Association General Secretary Advocate G.M. Akkas Ali, and student leaders from Islami Chhatra Shibir, along with other local dignitaries.
