


Lohagara Government Pilot High School celebrated its 124th founding anniversary on Sunday with the unveiling of a commemorative souvenir, scholarship distribution, and a reception for new students.
The program began at 10:30 AM at the school’s "Mukta Mancha," chaired by Headmaster SM Hayatuzzaman. Narail Deputy Commissioner Dr. Mohammad Abdul Salam attended as the chief guest and officially inaugurated the souvenir.
During the ceremony, 100 students received scholarships funded by the Centenary Education Trust, Arvind Acharya Education Trust, and Majeda Moazzam Hossain Education Trust.
Special guests included Zilla Parishad Administrator Bir Muktijoddha Mostafizur Rahman Alek, Additional Superintendent of Police Md. Kamruzzaman, Upazila Nirbahi Officer Shammi Kaiser, Municipal Administrator Sushmita Saha, and Lohagara Police Station OC Abdur Rahman.
The event, moderated by Senior Teacher Mohsin Ali, concluded with a cultural performance by local artists on the school's open stage.
