We do not wish to witness any further killings, extortion, or occupation within the country. Those engaged in these malicious political activities must be permanently removed. This statement was made by Zahidul Islam, the Central President of Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir.

He emphasized that Bangladesh is a nation filled with vast potential. It is solely the youth who can advance this country towards development. The District Youth Department of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami organized this rally at the Independence Complex in Gaibandha on Thursday afternoon. While addressing the rally, Zahidul Islam also stated that if talented students are effectively transformed into public assets, it is feasible to elevate Bangladesh to a developed nation on the global stage.

The rally was chaired by Faisal Kabir Rana, President of the District Youth Department and Assistant Secretary of District Jamaat-e-Islami, and was attended by former District Ameer Dr. Abdur Rahim Sarkar, Central Shura Member and District Ameer Md. Abdul Karim, District Secretary Maulana Zahurul Haque Sarkar, Nayeb-e-Ameer Professor Majedur Rahman, Brave Freedom Fighter Abdul Wares, Organizing Secretary Principal Maulana Nazrul Islam Lebu, Central Planning and Development Secretary of Islami Chhatra Shibir Md. Riazul Islam, Assistant Secretary of District Jamaat Syed Roknuzzaman, and District President of Islami Chhatra Shibir Ferdous Sarkar Rumman, among others.

Following the rally, a large procession featuring candidates from five constituencies nominated by Jamaat-e-Islami paraded through the main streets of the city, concluding at the same location.

Earlier that morning, a reception for freshmen and a career session for students took place at Gaibandha Government College.
