Shakira and Burna Boy Release 2026 World Cup Song 'Dai Dai'

The official soundtrack for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ has found its heartbeat with the release of "Dai Dai," a high-energy collaboration between global icon Shakira and Afro-fusion star Burna Boy. Released today via Sony Music Latin, the track is now available on all major streaming platforms.

More than just an anthem, "Dai Dai" serves a philanthropic purpose. The song supports the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, which aims to raise $100 million by the end of the tournament. These funds will provide children in underserved communities with access to quality education and football training.

In a first for the tournament, Shakira will co-headline a halftime show during the World Cup Final on Sunday, July 19. The performance aims to blend sport and culture to drive awareness for the Global Citizen initiative.

Shakira has pledged to donate all her royalties from the song to the Education Fund, a move bolstered by Sony Music, which has committed to matching the first $250,000 raised.
