A discussion meeting was held to demand justice for the murder of Inqilab Mancha spokesperson Sharif Osman bin Hadi and prayers were offered for the forgiveness of his soul.

The discussion meeting and prayers were held at the madrasa premises on Thursday (January 15) at 11 am, organized by the former and current students of his own school, Nalchiti Islamia Fazil Degree Madrasa.

Present at the time were Maulana Mohammad Bahauddin, chairman of Nalchiti Islamia Fazil Degree Madrasa, Touhidul Alam Manna, convener of Nalchiti Upazila Volunteer Party, Maulana Mohammad Shahjalal Hossain, president of Islami Andolan Bangladesh Nalchiti Upazila branch, and teachers and students of this madrasa.

At the time, the speakers expressed their anger and said that the police from Dhaka can come to the capital within 24 hours and arrest the accused of the double murder from Nalchiti, but day after day, the government is unable to catch the murderers of Sharif Osman bin Hadi. This is very sad and an expression of the government's indifference. Finally, prayers were offered for the forgiveness of his soul.
