Motbati School Bids Farewell to Assistant Teacher Mira Rani Sarkar

Motbati Government Primary School (No. 24) in Paikgachha Upazila hosted a heartfelt farewell reception for retiring assistant teacher Mira Rani Sarkar on Thursday afternoon August 6. The event held on the school premises drew colleagues students and guardians who gathered to honor her dedicated service.

Presided over by Head Teacher Sushma Rani Mandal the ceremony featured Upazila Education Officer Sanjay Deb Nath as the chief guest. Several prominent local figures—including former education officials teachers' association leaders, journalists, and community organizers—attended as special guests to show their respect.

During the event speakers reflected on Mira Rani Sarkar’s long and impactful teaching career highly praising her contributions to local primary education. In recognition of her service the school authority and local dignitaries presented her with an honorary crest floral tributes and gifts.
