The social organization Nebulas has distributed 300 fruit tree saplings to various educational institutions in Monohardi Upazila, Narsingdi. The initiative aims to support environmental conservation, expand greenery, and raise public awareness about tree plantation.

The saplings were distributed on June 28, 2026, across several institutions, including Chalakchar High School, Chalakchar Girls' High School, Pirpur High School, Technical and Commerce College (Chalakchar), Krishnapur High School, Madhupur High School, Chalakchar Government Primary School, Hafizpur Government Primary School, and Lakhpur KU Fazil Madrasa.

Speakers at the event emphasized that tree plantation is essential for maintaining ecological balance, combating the adverse effects of climate change, and building a greener Bangladesh for future generations. They urged citizens to plant and nurture at least one tree.

The event was organized and coordinated under the leadership of Nebulas Convener Muminur Rashid, Assistant Director (Administration) at Shah Amanat International Airport, Chattogram.

Other notable attendees included Kazi Ashraful Islam Robin (Sub-Inspector, Gowainghat Police Station), local school headmasters, corporate and bank officials, and Monohardi Press Club President Harun Or Rashid alongside Vice President Tajul Islam Badal.
