Public Safety Requires Fit, Professional Police: Ctg SP

Physical fitness, mental resilience, and professional readiness are essential for police officers to guarantee public safety, Chittagong District Superintendent of Police (SP) Md. Masud Alam said today.

Speaking at a master parade at the Chittagong District Police Lines in Halishahar on Tuesday morning, the SP emphasized that regular physical training (PT) and parade practice are vital to maintaining these standards. He also urged all personnel to work cohesively in discharging their duties.

Officers from various tiers of the district police participated in the parade, showcasing discipline, agility, and dedication. Following the inspection, SP Masud Alam rewarded officers who demonstrated exceptional turnout and efficiency.

The Chittagong District Police remains committed to maintaining law and order through strict discipline and public service, the SP added. Senior officials of the district police were also present at the event.
