Chatra Dal forms Lakshmipur district committee after 8 years

After eight years, an 18-member convening committee of Lakshmipur district Chatra Dal has been formed. The central Chatra Dal approved the committee late Saturday night (May 2), naming Abul Barakat Sourav as convener and Hasibur Rahman Abhi as member secretary.

The approval came through a signed document issued by central president Md. Rakibul Islam Rakib and general secretary Nasir Uddin Nasir.

The new committee has been instructed to form a full committee within 30 days.

Other members include Senior Joint Convener Abdullah Al Khaled and Joint Conveners MA Majid, Delwar Hossain Bhuiyan Babu, Ismail Hossain, Jamal Hossain, Akbar Hossain Munna, Musa Abdullah Russell, Nasiruzzaman Rahat, Shahbaz Mahmud Zidan Chowdhury, Sajjad Hossain Saju, Iraj Mahmud Babu, Shahzada Prince, Mahfuzur Rahman Hridoy, Nazrul Islam Nishat, Zahir Raihan Babu, and Shahin Alam Munna.

Previously, in 2018, the Lakshmipur district Chatra Dal committee was formed with Hasan Mahmud Ibrahim as president and Abdullah Al Mamun as general secretary.
