


A fire erupted at the Chittagong Shopping Complex in the city's Gate No. 2 area on Saturday morning. Five Fire Service units are currently working to bring the blaze under control.
The fire reportedly started around 9:45 am. According to the Chittagong Fire Service control room, teams were dispatched immediately after receiving the alert.
While the official cause of the fire has not yet been determined, local witnesses suggest the flames originated from a warehouse located on the second floor of the shopping complex. No casualties have been reported at this stage, and emergency operations are ongoing.
