Information and Broadcasting Minister Zahir Uddin Swapan visited the Sri Sri Thakur Anukul Chandra Satsang Ashram in Pabna on Saturday morning. He was accompanied by Pabna-5 MP, Advocate Shamsur Rahman Shimul Biswas.

Upon their arrival, Satsang Central Committee President Sri Pranshankar Das, Organizing Secretary Dr. Naresh Chandra Madhu, and Co-Treasurer Amit Sarkar welcomed the guests with floral greetings. The Minister later held an exchange of views with ashram leaders, staff, and devotees.

Praising the institution’s environment, Minister Swapan noted that many people from his own constituency frequently visit the ashram. "I now better understand why they come here. I am particularly impressed by the cleanliness and management of the grounds," he remarked, adding that he intends to visit the ashram again in the future.

The visit was attended by several prominent figures, including Pabna District BNP Convener Habibur Rahman Habib, Member Secretary Advocate Masud Khandaker, and Pabna Press Club Secretary Zahurul Islam. Representatives from the Satsang Central Committee, including Kalyan Kumar Biswas Bablu and Shri Balai Chandra Saha, were also present.
