


The Seed Technology Division of the Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI) hosted a workshop on Tuesday to review the progress of ongoing project activities. Held at the institute's seminar room, the session focused on evaluating key milestones and technical achievements.
Dr. Muhammad Ataur Rahman, Director General of BARI, attended as the chief guest, while Dr. Reshma Sultana, Director (Training and Communication), chaired the event.
During the session, Dr. Parimal Chandra Sarkar, Project Component Co-Auditor, presented a technical paper detailing the project's main activities and current status.
Special guests included Dr. Md. Manjurul Qadir, Director (Oilseed Research Center), Dr. Faruk Ahmed, Director (Horticulture Research Center), Dr. Md. Emdadul Haque, Project Director (JAIC)
Senior scientists and officials from various BARI departments also participated, discussing strategies to optimize the project’s impact on national seed technology development.
