During the ceremony, Vice-Chancellor Akhtar emphasized that the administration is committed to upgrading facilities for both teachers and students. He noted that the project is designed to create a more vibrant academic environment and modernize administrative services.
Professor Md. Kamal Uddin, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Administration), provided details on the technical improvements. He explained that the original plans were revised to include more modern and environmentally friendly features.
"We have prioritized natural light and ventilation in the new designs," Professor Kamal stated. He also highlighted that the project now includes essential additions such as separate washrooms for men and women and dedicated prayer spaces to better serve the university community.
