Paying homage to the martyrs by laying flowers at the Shaheed Minar in Bheramara on the first hour of Ekushey

On the first hour of Ekushey, people paid homage to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the right to language by laying flowers at the Central Shaheed Minar and Shaheed Minar of Bheramara Government College in Kushtia.

At 12:01 am, people from all walks of life paid homage by laying wreaths and flowers at the premises of the Central Shaheed Minar and Shaheed Minar of the Government College in the upazila. At this time, they stood in silence and remembered the sacrifices of the heroic martyrs of the language movement and expressed deep respect for their contribution to protecting the dignity and rights of the Bengali language.

Bheramara Upazila Administration, Bheramara Police Station, BNP and various political parties and socio-cultural organizations, Bheramara Government College, and Press Club paid homage by laying flowers. A special prayer was held on February 21 to pray for the peace of the souls of the language martyrs.
