National Livestock Week and Exhibition Held in Pabna

National Livestock Week was celebrated in Pabna with the theme of indigenous breeds, modern technology, and improvement in animal resources.

On the occasion of the day, a rally was held from the District Livestock Office and ended at Greenleaf Kinder Garden. The rally was led by Deputy Commissioner Shahed Mostafa.

Later, Additional Superintendent of Police Rezinur Rahman, Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Mehedi Hasan, Upazila Livestock Officer Abdul Qadir spoke at a discussion meeting chaired by District Livestock Officer Md. Zahurul Islam at the fair premises.

Cattle exhibition, free vaccination campaign for ducks and chickens and distribution of deworming were held at the fair.
