BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi has warned that ousted fascist forces and their allies are trying to create instability across the country to destabilize the nation.
Speaking as the chief guest at a distribution program in Charbhadrasan, Faridpur, Rizvi alleged that fugitive leaders of the previous regime are living luxuriously abroad using looted bank money while actively conspiring against Bangladesh. He also condemned the harassment of Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus in New York also stating it tarnished the country's global image.
Addressing economic pressures, Rizvi noted that the government was forced to adjust domestic fuel prices due to rising energy costs in the international market caused by global conflicts. He urged leaders and activists at all levels to remain united against conspiracies.
The event organized under the supervision of 'Amra BNP Paribar', was presided over by Faridpur-4 MP Shahidul Islam Babul with Faridpur-3 MP Chowdhury Nayab Yusuf present as a special guest. During the ceremony, keys to a newly constructed home were handed over to local resident Lakai Biswas along with sewing machines and financial assistance for needy and distressed families in the area.
