This information was revealed from a letter sent on Monday (January 12).

According to the letter, Mujibur Rahman, in his speech as the chief guest at the 2nd annual Urs Mahfil of Purba Chandpur Barek Bhandari on January 8, at the sports competition and cultural program organized to mark the founding anniversary of Swapnagancha Women's Organization on January 9, and at the 7th annual Waz and Doa Mahfil of Compass Foundation on January 10, sought votes for the party and for himself in rice husks. Mujibur Rahman's Facebook ID is used to broadcast live on social media. In addition, election campaigns are being carried out continuously from that ID. Which has initially appeared to the committee as a violation of the Code of Conduct for Political Parties and Candidates in the Parliamentary Elections, 2025.

It has been ordered to appear in person or through a representative at the temporary office of the committee, Land Survey Tribunal, Gazipur (2nd floor of District and Sessions Judge Court, Gazipur) on January 15 at 11 am and give a written explanation.
