


Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus and BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia held a one-on-one meeting today in Dhaka.
The brief meeting took place at Senakunja on the sidelines of a reception program organized to observe Armed Forces Day-2025. According to the Chief Adviser's Press Wing, Professor Yunus initiated the conversation by inquiring about the physical condition of the former Prime Minister, Begum Khaleda Zia, and wished her a swift recovery.
BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, in turn, thanked Prof. Yunus and inquired about the physical condition of the Chief Adviser's wife, Afrozi Yunus, extending her good wishes.
Khaleda Zia’s youngest daughter-in-law, Syeda Sharmila Rahman, was present during the meeting.
The interaction marked a notable one-on-one exchange between the head of the interim government and the leader of the major political party at a significant national event.
