Continued Israeli attacks on Lebanon have killed 18 people and injured 124 others over the past 24 hours, severely straining the ongoing ceasefire agreement, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced.

The latest casualties push the total death toll from the conflict to 2,969 since Israel launched its renewed military campaign on March 2. According to Lebanese health officials, the total number of injured individuals has now reached 9,112.

Despite diplomatic efforts to maintain the truce, local authorities report that cross-border strikes have continued to hit civilian and infrastructure targets, raising international concerns over the stability of the peace agreement.
