Arunima Resort Golf Club in Panipara, Naragati, has officially opened 'Dweepkunja', a modern leisure facility designed for tourists and golf enthusiasts.
In a unique gesture highlighting the potential of the next generation, two young children—Ayat Imran Shiza (7) and Ayra Imran Shiha (6)—inaugurated the facility on Sunday afternoon.
The event was chaired by Irfan Ahmed, Chief Executive Officer of the resort. Khabir Uddin Ahmed, the resort’s founder and a prominent figure in Bangladesh's tourism and golf sectors, attended alongside club officials, young golfers, students, and parents.
Speaking at the ceremony, Khabir Uddin Ahmed emphasized the importance of nurturing leadership qualities from a young age, which inspired the decision to have children lead the inauguration. He expressed hope that today’s youth will grow into skilled and humane leaders. He also noted that 'Dweepkunja' is part of an ongoing effort to provide eco-friendly, international-standard accommodations and modern amenities at the resort.
CEO Irfan Ahmed added that the resort's mission is to offer guests a memorable, nature-centric experience, making it an ideal destination for families, friends, and corporate visitors alike. Following the opening, guests toured 'Dweepkunja', praising its aesthetic design, modern facilities, and serene environment.
