The 2025-26 academic year cluster admission tests for Sunamganj University of Science and Technology (SUST) concluded on Friday, April 10.

The exams were held as part of the nationwide Integrated Cluster (GST) admission system.

The tests for the 'A' Unit (Science) took place across four local centers: Sunamganj Textile Institute, Abdul Majid College, Akram Ali Dakhil Madrasa, and Sunamganj Government College.

Morning Session (General 'A' Unit): Out of 3,685 registered applicants, 2,343 candidates attended, marking a 63.58% attendance rate.

Afternoon Session (Architecture): Participation was notably lower, with only 28 out of 74 applicants appearing for the exam—an attendance rate of 37.83%.

The university administration reported that the examinations were conducted smoothly without any irregularities. Nationally, 166,162 students applied for the 'A' unit across 20 general and science and technology universities. The test followed a 100-mark MCQ format, with a minimum pass mark set at 30.
