Two Youths Killed in Motorcycle-Truck Collision in Bheramara

A tragic road accident claimed the lives of two teenagers on Friday evening in the Bheramara passenger camp area, located near the Lalon Shah Bridge. The victims have been identified as Siam Hossain (17) and Abdur Rashid (18), both residents of the Bijoynagar area in Mirpur Upazila.

The incident occurred around 7:30 PM when a truck collided with their motorcycle. According to local residents and law enforcement, Siam Hossain died on the spot, while Abdur Rashid succumbed to his injuries after being rushed to the hospital.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Bheramara Police Station, Jahedur Rahman, confirmed that police have seized the truck involved in the accident. The bodies of the deceased have been sent to the morgue at the Kushtia 250-bed hospital for autopsy.
