Prayer mahfil for Khaleda Zia's recovery in Ishwardi

A prayer and mahfil has been organized in Ishwardi to pray for the speedy recovery of BNP Chairperson and three-time successful Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia.

The prayer mahfil was organized by the Ward 7 BNP of Ishwardi Municipality at the Ambagan Police Outpost Ground in Ishwardi at 6 pm on Monday (December 8).

The speakers discussed important issues related to Begum Zia's political life at the event. Former President of Ishwardi Municipality Ward 7 BNP and freedom fighter Yamin Ali Jamadar presided over the event, while Zakaria Pintu, former Joint Secretary of Pabna District BNP and former General Secretary of Ishwardi Municipality BNP, was present as the chief guest.

The program was moderated by Anwar Hossain Joni, a former popular 3-time councilor of Ishwardi Municipality Ward 7 BNP. Former President of Ishwardi Upazila BNP and freedom fighter Alhaj Shamsuddin Malitha was present as the main speaker.

Among others, present at the prayer mahfil of Ambagan Siddiqia Qawmia Madrasa's elder Huzur Hafez Maulana Oliullah Sahib were Ishwardi Press Club General Secretary and Ishwardi Municipal BNP Proposed Committee General Secretary SM Fazlur Rahman, Ishwardi Industrial and Commercial Association President Nannu and members of various BNP units.
