A different kind of joyous day for orphans and helpless children in Sonargaon

To spread the warm touch of humanity, Sonargaon's popular restaurant SA Green Lounge has organized a different kind of joyous moment.

On Thursday (November 27), after Zohar, this special event was held at the Green Lounge restaurant on the 7th floor of Al Medina Shopping Mall at Mograpara Crossroads in the upazila with about 50 orphans and helpless children from Chayhisya Markazul Quran Madrasa and Pirojpur Orphanage.

The restaurant authorities had announced a special package for food lovers to be by the side of orphans and helpless children. After the offer, they were very happy to organize this event with orphans and helpless children.

Restaurant owner Arefin Panir said that it is part of their regular social responsibility to bring smiles to the faces of neglected children in the society. “We want these children to feel like special guests, even for a day.

The children have a joyful time enjoying the food, along with stories, games and small gifts. Welcoming the event, the orphanage’s Khadem Maulana Md. Anwar Hossain said that such moments will become more meaningful and joyful for the orphans and helpless children if the wealthy come forward.
