Bheramara Samiti Leaders Meet Health Engineering Chief for Development Support

Leaders of the Bheramara Samiti in Dhaka met Brigadier General Mohammad Jahangir Hossain, Chief Engineer of the Health Engineering Department (HED) at the HED head office in Agargaon.

Samiti President Alim Al Raji Babu, Colonel Zahirul Hossain Novel, Deputy Secretary Humayun Kabir and other leaders attended the meeting.

Discussions covered the modernisation of Bheramara Upazila Health Complex, infrastructural upgrades to 20 community clinics in the upazila and construction of new buildings for Bahadurpur and Satbaria Union sub-health centres. The Samiti leaders sought HED's cooperation for these projects.

Brigadier General Jahangir Hossain assured full support for improving Bheramara's healthcare infrastructure.

Earlier, the Samiti welcomed Jahangir Hossain a Kushtia native and founding member of the association with floral greetings on his appointment as HED Chief Engineer.
