Phulbari Cultural Club Honours Primary Scholarship Winners in Phulbari, Dinajpur

Primary scholarship-winning students from Eluari Union in Dinajpur’s Phulbari upazila were honoured at a reception hosted by the Phulbari Cultural Club on Thursday afternoon.

The event, held at the Shariatpur Government Primary School premises and celebrated the academic excellence of local students. Headmaster Saiful Islam presided over the ceremony while Eluari Union Parishad Chairman Principal Nabiul Islam attended as the chief guest.

To recognise their outstanding achievements, the meritorious students were greeted with floral wreaths and awarded honourary crests and prize bonds.

Jakiur Rahman Chanchal, President of the Phulbari Cultural Club, emphasised the organisation's commitment to encouraging education. "We have taken the initiative to felicitate all meritorious students across the upazila who succeeded in this year's primary scholarship examination" he said, noting that Thursday's programme specifically celebrated the achievers from Eluari Union.

The community-driven event was also attended by local political and youth leaders including Upazila Swechchhasebak Dal Joint Convener Moktarul Memory, Jubo Dal leader Badal Sarkar and Chhatra Dal Joint Convener Palak, who joined in encouraging the young scholars.
