Mahi will star in a new action film called "Ontorjami", directed by Saikat Nasir as Jaaz Multimedia announced yesterday . Mahi will return to the big screen in this highly anticipated project after a long break from acting, Mahi’s last film appearance was in Badiul Alam Khokon's "Officer in Charge".
Mahiya Mahi started her acting career in 2012 with Jaaz's film "Bhalobashar Rong", which made her an instant star and acted in many hit films under Jaaz, including the popular "Agnee" series.
"Ontorjami" as a "lady action movie" that will not feature a male lead, as per Jaaz Multimedia. Ontorjami will be an action film like her previous hits "Agnee" and "Agnee 2." The story of the film will focus on Mahi's character and a nine-year-old child, Mabshu and it will be shot across multiple international locations, including Bangladesh, Thailand, and the United States.
